Refund Policy

• All registrations are non-refundable unless the league is cancelled by Vibe Activ, trading on behalf of Vibe Teacher Recruitment Ltd.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed games, scheduling conflicts, or personal changes in availability.
• In exceptional cases (e.g. injury before the season starts), we may offer credit toward a future league - this is at our discretion.

Cancellations & Postponements

• In the event of venue issues, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, matches may be postponed at the discretion of by Vibe Activ, trading on behalf of Vibe teacher Recruitment Ltd.
• Where make-up sessions are offered, same location or day of week is not guaranteed.
